I don’t know if this topic comes up a lot, but I’d love to get some current opinions: What do you think is a great city to buy an investment property right now?
Chicago, Rockford, and Peoria City are on my radar, but I might be missing some hidden gems or overestimating certain markets.
For those who own rentals in these cities or anywhere else you recommend what’s been your experience? Any standout neighborhoods, or tips for investing in these markets in 2025?
