I have been looking at modular development for years. Most are overpriced, could shut down at any moment and only try to sell you the faster timeline benefit. I’ve found 1, maybe 2 so far that actually look good but one is too far; and the other doesn’t transport outside their area. Not looking for HUD spec/mobile homes but stackable wood/metal boxes that can be site-built for homes, 1-4 unit properties and multi-family. What is your experience?
