VA.Team LLC Secures Strategic SAFE Investment from SENW to Advance Agentic AI for Real Estate and Enterprise Workflows
Funding supports expansion of AI-powered agents and human-AI hybrid workforce platform
[Surprise, AZ] — [3-25-2026] — VA.Team LLC, an AI-first technology company building agentic AI solutions for commercial real estate (CRE) and enterprise operations, today announced it has secured an undisclosed amount of funding from SENW through a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE).
The investment will accelerate the development of VA.Team’s platform, which combines autonomous AI agents with AI-augmented virtual assistants (VAs) to deliver scalable, intelligent workflows across real estate and other industries.
VA.Team is focused on building agentic systems—AI that can take action, execute tasks, and manage workflows end-to-end—paired with a human layer of trained virtual assistants enhanced by AI. This hybrid model enables companies to automate complex processes while maintaining human oversight where needed.

The VA.Team platform is designed to:

• Enable companies to scale operations without proportionally increasing headcount
Initial focus areas include commercial real estate workflows, where VA.Team aims to streamline tasks such as property research, underwriting support, document processing, and pipeline management. The platform is also being designed for broader enterprise use cases beyond CRE.
